What if I can can’t do this ??

Nature’s law of Averages — The greatest moderator ever

Consider, the Sinusoidal Wave Function, See — Saw in the garden, Pendulum, Season Cycles — Spring ,Summer, fall (autumn) and Winter, the common thing in all the above is the periodic and synchronized repetition , i.e. after a fixed time lag ,the Sinusoidal Wave Function will reach to its Crest and Trough , both ends of the See-Saw will repeatedly replace their positions with each other , the Seasons will repeat themselves and so on .They are compelled to behave in that manner due to the nature’s law of averages, which prohibits them for any aberration .

The law of averages is the supposed principle, that future events are likely to turn out so that they balance any past deviation from a presumed average.

The balancing act is the most fundamental principle of the nature. Nature tends to remove entropy and stabilize equilibrium by default, and thus is the strongest moderator ever.

The same have impact on our life as well, the happy days have to be succeeded by the sad days, the emotions of joy have to be replaced by the emotion of distress and this will go perpetually for sure.

If you are cheerful at the moment, then be prepared for the worries as well and vice versa.

So when you are happy, enjoy and live that moment to the fullest and when going through the tough phase of the life, do remember that this will also pass soon, and do believe firmly in the Nature’s law of averages that ,each and everything, under the sky has to be levelled. .

Disintegrate your life into years, years into months, months into weeks, weeks into days and days into sessions viz. morning, afternoon, evening and night.

Think, believe and make the next session to be happier than the former, forget about the bad memories of the past sessions, days, weeks, months and years. Indulge yourself on a dialogue with you and figure out what good could happen in the next session.

Don’t wait for the weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) to enjoy, and pass the mid days (Monday to Friday) in surviving, rather than living, as weekends constitutes only 28.57% of your life.

Do what relax and makes you feel better and delighted. Laugh out loud, whenever you feel like doing so. Dance like insane, Spend time with friends and family.

Remember, we all are formations not curators, we are bound to make mistakes, being at Pinnacle or abysmal are the part and parcel of life and have to acknowledged with energy and audacity respectively.

Add some good habits like starting a day with a bit of physical exercises, hitting a gym, practicing meditation and yoga, reading books etc. , but do remember good habits alone could not bring the change, you have to delete some bad habits too, discount overthinking, quit smoking, drinking (if you are addicted to) etc.

Life is hell like a conundrum ………. don’t try to solve it, you may never will be…. rather, imbibe whatever comes across, with passion and grace and audacity.

“If you can’t fly then run, if you can’t run then walk, if you can’t walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.”
